Amsterdam, 25 October 2007. MCC Global NV (the 'Company') (ticker: IFQ2)
announced today that Ethan Weyand has been appointed as the new Chief
Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Weyand succeeds Richard Meek, who was
appointed as the CFO in May 2006. Mr. Meek will remain a consultant to the
Company to assist on various accounting and financial issues during a
transition period to be mutually determined.
Ethan Weyand, age 39, joined MCC in April 2005 as the Financial Controller.
Prior to joining MCC, Mr. Weyand held a controllership position with
Lexington Law Firm, one of the largest credit repair companies in the
United States. He was formerly the financial controller of Interline
Resources Corp (OTC: IRCE.PK), a company involved with crude oil gathering
and natural gas processing in the Rocky Mountains. Mr. Weyand has worked in
public accounting throughout the Western United States with the firms Grant
Thornton and BDO Seidman.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Brigham Young
University and a Master of Accounting from Utah State University.
