Gallen, January 3, 2008 – The Swiss investment company, Mountain Super
Angel AG (Open Market Frankfurt, ISIN: CH0033050961, www.super-angel.ch)
announces the signing of a call option agreement with stock-listed TELES AG
Informationstechnologien to purchase 80% of TELES Wireless Broadband
Internet GmbH, based in Berlin, until January 28, 2008. The company is
operator of the European broadband internet service skyDSL (www.skyDSL.de),
using satellite technology covering every region in Europe and therefore
opeRating independently from fixed lines.

'skyDSL is complementary to our activities in the field of broadband
internet', says Daniel S. Wenzel, Member of the Board of Directors of
Mountain Super Angel. 'Within the Mountain-Group we are already invested in
WiMax-technologies with MVOX AG (www.mvox.de). MVOX is already servicing
rural areas with broadband internet in Germany. skyDSL is the basis for
our European roll-out.'
