Vegas77 Entertainment SE concludes advertising cooperation - 2.5 million
euros in additional turnover guaranteed
Amsterdam, 31 March 2011 - Vegas77 Entertainment SE (WKN: A1C8PY / ISIN:
DE000A1C8PY2 / Symbol: LCP) announces the conclusion of an advertising
cooperation agreement with the firm Imperion S.A.
This firm pledges to
advertise exclusively for Vegas77 online casinos in the future and
guarantees an annual casino turnover in the amount of at least 2.5 million
euros. The planned start of the agreement is 1 May 2011.
The remuneration is regulated by means of a so-called revenue sharing
agreement, so that Vegas77 does not have to form any reserves whatsoever
for possible advertising costs. The remuneration occurs exclusively by
means of a share in the profits.
Vegas77 is currently involved in negotiations with several other
advertising partners of a similar size and intends to bring these to a
positive conclusion soon.
