Helikos gibt neuen Zeitplan für die Veröffentlichung der D.

Luxemburg (aktiencheck.de AG) - Nachdem die Angebotsfrist am 29. Januar 2010 abgelaufen ist, gibt Helikos SE (ISIN LU0472835155 / WKN A0YF5P ), eine neu gegründete Special Purpose Acquisition Company mit Sitz in Luxemburg, folgende Änderungen des Zeitplans für die Veröffentlichung der Details zu ihrem Börsengang bekannt:

* Veröffentlichung der Details zum Börsengang: am oder vor dem 3.

* Handelsbeginn für die Publikums-Aktien und Publikums-Optionsscheine: nicht später als Freitag, den 5. Februar 2010.
